Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing The Car Vault ATL. We value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Vehicle Rentals

  • All vehicle rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Early returns

    • No-shows

    • Weather conditions

    • Mechanical issues caused by renter misuse

2. Vehicle Sales (New & Used)

  • All vehicle sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the sales contract has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered.

  • Vehicles are sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Any manufacturer warranties or third-party warranties will be honored according to their respective terms.

3. Vehicle Customization & Modification Services

  • Deposits for customization services are non-refundable once work has begun or parts have been ordered.

  • Completed customization services are non-refundable.

  • If an issue arises due to workmanship, customers must notify us within 7 days of service completion for inspection and possible correction.

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences.

4. Merchandise Sales

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Customized or personalized merchandise

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  • Processing and administrative fees are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions & Disputes

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy.

  • Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date.
