Thank you for choosing The Car Vault ATL. We value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Vehicle Rentals

All vehicle rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for:

Early returns

No-shows

Weather conditions

Mechanical issues caused by renter misuse

2. Vehicle Sales (New & Used)

All vehicle sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the sales contract has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered.

Vehicles are sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any manufacturer warranties or third-party warranties will be honored according to their respective terms.
3. Vehicle Customization & Modification Services

Deposits for customization services are non-refundable once work has begun or parts have been ordered.

Completed customization services are non-refundable.
-
If an issue arises due to workmanship, customers must notify us within 7 days of service completion for inspection and possible correction.

Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences.
4. Merchandise Sales

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or sale items

Customized or personalized merchandise

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Processing and administrative fees are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions & Disputes

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy.

Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date.
