Who we are

What we collect

Information you type into our forms: the contact form, the vehicle inquiry and dream car forms, the sell or trade-in form, the chauffeur booking form, the customization quote form and the Vault VIP membership sign-up. Depending on the form that is your name, email, phone number, the vehicle you are asking about or selling, pickup details for a chauffeur booking, and any message you write.

Messages you send to the chat assistant on the site. Chat replies are generated by an AI model, so the text you type is sent to that model provider to produce an answer.

Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use the IP address to limit how many forms and chat messages can be sent in a short time, which keeps spam out.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your question, prepare a quote or offer, schedule a chauffeur booking, process a membership request and follow up with you about it. Form submissions are delivered to our team through a private business messaging channel so someone can respond quickly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Netlify. Form and chat requests pass through Netlify, our messaging provider (Telegram) for delivering inquiries to staff, an AI model provider for chat replies, and Cloudflare Turnstile when it is switched on to tell people from bots. Each of these handles the data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and browser storage

The chat assistant stores a random session ID and a message counter in your browser so it can keep a conversation together and apply its message limit. We do not run advertising trackers on the site. You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, complete a sale, rental, booking or service, and keep normal business records. Rate-limit counters tied to an IP address expire on their own within a day.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Email Inquiry@thecarvaultatl.com or call (470) 656-7708 and we will take care of it. The site is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information we will update this page and the date below. Last updated October 8, 2026.
